Right-to-Left (RTL) Language Support

Q-suite offers Right to Left (RTL) functionality for languages that work in a right-to-left direction for entering, editing, and displaying text. Languages like Arabic and Hebrew are "right-to-left languages" with a writing system that is written from right to left. Q-Suite provides support for displaying client information and creating agent-customer interaction scripts in right-to-left languages with full support for UTF-8 character encoding.
